Packaging: Fear not, as book collectors we hate receiving books in flimsy plastic bags with no protection, or cocooned in tape, requiring a sketchy and time consuming unwrapping process. We pack books how we would like to receive them. It must be said though, we absolutely hate wasting packaging materials so your order will almost certainly come packed in recycled packaging. Consequently it may not look the part, but your order will no doubt be better protected than most of the books you receive. And besides, it means that you don't need to feel bad about not recycling the packaging, because it's already been recycled. Oh and if the book is meant as a present then just let us know as it can be giftwrapped upon request. Domestic Shipping: All domestic packages within the UK are shipped 2nd class free of charge, please contact us if you require an upgraded service. International Shipping: All international packages are sent via a tracked service, usually Royal Mail for parcels under 2kg and various couriers for parcels over 2kg. Please contact us before payment if a specific service is required, or if you live in a country for which a shipping quote isn't automatically provided. Combined shipping: For international orders combined shipping discounts are available. And they can be quite substantial especially for parcels over 2kg. Just let us know when you are finished, we'll pack everything up and invoice you with the shipping charge combined and discounted. Alternatively you can ask us to put your books aside for you as they are bought. In this case you can pay for things individually then when you want everything shipped, you can let us know and we will refund the excess shipping you've paid. You must let us know immediately though once the first purchase is made, otherwise it will be automatically packed and shipped on its own as soon as payment is received. Returns: International returns are not accepted so please ask any questions you may have before committing to your purchase. Domestic returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, please get in touch first if you want to return an item. Feedback: If anything is wrong with your order then please let us know before leaving feedback and we will do everything we can make things right. We leave feedback at the end of the month, so if you haven't received feedback from us don't worry it'll appear eventually, if you really need feedback immediately for whatever reason just let us know.
