While many textiles can be shipped first class I often list priority mail. Priority Mail carries insurance while first class does not. While they are extremely dependable sometimes they get busy during the holidays or backed up due to bad weather. Please be patient and feel free to contact us. If enough time has passed we can file a claim to find the package. All of our packages are tracked and insured to protect both us as sellers and you as the buyer. Returns: I will accept returns. The buyer pays for the return shipping and I will refund as long as item is returned to me in the same condition sold. The refund occurs when I receive the package.
