This comic book, which is over 65 years old, has a fairly decent looking cover shine, and a slightly above average crispness level for the inside. The flaws are typical of what one would find in this condition, such as several water spots on both covers, a stamp stuck on just to the right of Theodore's shoulder, a 1 1/2" x 1/2" rear chip at the bottom left hand corner of the back cover, a tape pull on the back cover, a heavy rusted staple at the bottom, some inside discoloration, and general wear. Inside, everything is complete, with no coupons or panels cut out, as the structure is reasonably solid, with no detectable brittleness, with the OWL whiteness level about a 5 or a 6.
