The photo was signed on 12/7/2019 in San Diego, Ca when Mr Eastwood was in town promoting his new film Richard Jewell. This photo has also been authenticated by the best in the business PSA/DNA. ****NOTE****The front of the photo got stuck to the back of another photo. I have cleaned it up and the photo has been discounted for the flaw. I have been collecting autographs in the Southern California area for over 20 years.
