This is two carton pieces from Clown Cigarettes from around the 1920s maybe into the 1930s. The are both in plastic shrink around a piece of cardboard. The carton art depicts circus style clowns which is totally not allowed today due to it possibly attracting the attention of children. The cartons are both cut and have been preserved on a piece of cardboard with a very nice shrink wrap job. Both pieces have a significant crease and frayed ends but have been pressed flat and nicely preserved. The cardboard measures about 11” x 7” so each piece of the box have similar dimensions. They have been displayed in a display case away from natural light and dust. A great addition to any tobacciana collection. Check out my other listings.
