Description: This is a beautiful Late Archaic Knife, found in southern Illinois.It dates between 4000 BC - 2000 BC, the late Archaic period.It measures 4 3/8" long x 1"13/16" wide & is made of reddish brown Bailey chert.Graded as a G-9, with no dings or chips. It has been anciently resharpened, reducing the size of the blade, slightly.Includes the Gregory Perino Certificate of Authenticity.This would make a great addition to any artifact collection.
