While designed for CATV use, this device is perfectly suitable for use with standard TV and FM antennas. The housing and inchFinch ports are all sealed for permanent installation outdoors. Power is supplied either directly to the unit via the supplied AC adapter or may be inserted into the existing signal cable feeding the signal to one of the sets (optional power inserter required), allowing power to be provided from a remote location.
