When I bought it, I was a size 14/16 and it was snug in the chest, but it doesn't have fasteners, so I wore it with a white shell and it was fine It plainly says it's a size 16 and CWC is usually spot on, but I this jacket fits more like a 14 and would also work for a size 12 because it's worn open. It also has a bit of spandex blend in the cotton. The fabric is polished cotton and there are no flaws in the item. I wore it once, last Easter and have since lost 40 pounds and it is too big now. I'm selling my larger sizes and I have some very nice clothes to offer. I love CWC, Dillards, and Chicos, so watch for those bargains! I took plenty of photos but only one measurement, that all important armpit to armpit (21").
