The item you will receive will be similar to this item. Due to us getting so many signed, we use one picture for the same item. They are very close to the same. All auctions that we have, sells are final. NO RETURNS. items come with our Gameday Sports Tours Hologram. Most signings are done with one of our representatives. If item is damaged we cover what USPS, Fedex, or UPS covers. If you want more coverage please advise and we will give you cost for extra insurance for you to pay. Usually $50 is what they cover. If damaged and not paid by customer, if one of the providers does not approve we are not liable. We work hard to provide the best customer service but extra cost is hard for us to provide. Remember we do not accept returns. So it is in your best interest to pay for extra insurance.
