Believe this is the son of James Taylor who founded the city of Newport Kentucky and started the first federal bank of Kentucky , James Taylor and Sons Bankers. Also had some checks from that bank with the collection. These checks have alot of historical aspects to them as many where used in the building and producing of the city.
