Description: Collector Quality Jaeger LeCoultre WW2 Military Issue GSTP Pocket Watch Working Item is "Used" but in Excellent Condition considering its age. Signs of wear should be expected A well preserved and nicely presented WW2 Era Jaeger LeCoultre Military Issue Pocket Watch that measures approx 52mm. The watch is in full working condition and keeps to within a minute or so per day. Serviced in 2023. CASE Original JLC Case in Excellent Condition. Light wear and a little plate loss mainly on the back. Original crown also in Excellent Condition with minimal wear suggesting this watch was rarely used. Caseback and bezel has a good positive click when closed. Brand new crystal was fitted during service DIAL Original white JLC dial that has aged well. Very light natural discolouration. Original luminous paint of the era. Small loss of lume on the minute hand only. The print is still very legible MOVEMENT An earlier and lesser seen JLC 467 movement as opposed to the common 467-2. Both retaining screws present. Serviced 2023 Overall a very good clean example. Most examples seen today did not age so gracefully or were heavily used on the battlefield.
