Description: Antique 3-piece set includes 8" dessert plate, 5 1/2" saucer, and 3 7/8" footed teacup (4 5/8" including handle) All 3 pieces have a brown stamp on the bottom with a swirled horseshoe shape. At the top : Est'd 1796 Along the inside: COLLINGWOODS Curved around the bottom: Bone ChinaStraight across the bottom: ENGLANDThey have scalloped rims painted with a gold design that thins to a dusting toward the inside edges.The insides have Pink roses and buds on branches with leaves: 4 on the plate, 3 on the saucer, and 3 inside the teacup. The teacup has a fine gold line along the handle, around the middle, and around the foot. It also has what looks like a pattern# hand painted in gold on the bottom: 249, with two other hand painted marks that are not legible.
