Description: Offered is this beautiful vintage hand painted French faience plate. Made by the Saint Clement majolica factory in the east of France in 1976. It features a dark red lined scalloped rim with red and blue flowers and green leaves. The center features a very colorful bird perched on a twisty tree with green leaves. It measures 9.5 inches in diameter. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. It has overall glaze crazing from age which is normal and expected with faience and majolica.
