I have tried everything to find who signed these all by hand but no luck. The first blue stamp is worth about $100 I know from research and the others are valuable as well although they could hold much more value if I knew who signed and dated them all. Stamps are all affixed to the paper you see which is in a very old and vintage and preowned state. Staple marks, tears, uneven sides. This item has a worn appearance, displaying signs of age and use. It features dirty spots throughout, creases, bending, staining, and marking.
