Description: This house comes with a couple finishing options. It includes an optional chimney & fireplace, & optional board & batten for the peaks. We have also included a second interior wall for the first floor & several wood etched interior walls for you to choose from.The structural pieces are laser cut out of 1/8” Baltic Birch. The kit includes the base, two floors that are etched to resemble hardwood flooring, roof pieces, & chimney. The exterior materials include pre-cut siding, pre-cut brick, exterior corner trims, gingerbread trims, posts, fence, shingles, & a set of steps.The interior materials include wallpaper, baseboards, cove molding, and trims for the edges of the walls and floors. The kit also includes a staircase, fireplace, & railings.**And yes, the full kitchen with upper and lower cabinets, and 3D printed stove, hood, refrigerator, and sink are also included in the kit. Along with the table & chairs.Also included are all laser cut parts for doors, window casings, window frames, Plexiglas, and window boxes.We have included additional landscaping materials for this house grass, bushes, foliage for window boxes and vines, a tree, soil, rocks, & flower materials for gardens.The step-by-step instructions are detailed with diagrams and pictures.It is important to note that our house kits include everything you will need to complete the house as shown except the paint, tools, and glue.Finished house measures – 15 3/8” wide x 10” deep x 6 1/2” highLook for our 1:48th furniture kits.
