Every part and every screw is accounted for and included. Set is like new, excellent working condition. Very clean, again Like New Lock cylinder is included but has no key. There are plenty of cylinders with keys available for sale on eBay to complete this set and make ready for use. This particular set has the standard locking latch, but does not contain the extra deadbolt. * I have several variations of these mortise configurations including ones that have both the standard catch and deadbolt which can be locked from inside.
