Description: This vintage cookbook--"Bluegrass Winners: A Cookbook"--is in very good condition. There is a small scuff mark (about 1/2 inch long) along the edge of he spine on the back near the top. (See photo #3.) This unusual cookbook features color photos, a brief history of 40 horse farms of the bluegrass, and menus from each farm. There are 260 pages of corresponding recipes from the menus. The binding is tight, and there are no missing, torn, written on, highlighted, or dog-eared interior pages.
