Cover shows mild wear. Cover has sticker residue to upper right corner. There is mild edge and corner wear. Tabbed dividers are bent and worn. The pages have no writing, markings or tears. There are a few small, light corner creases. There are occasional small, very light spots or stains. Pages have mild discoloration from age. Plastic comb spiral is intact.
