The needle is missing and there are 3 black dots on the fabric (which may/may not come out after a washing). Both the needle and the cloth can easily be replaced. It looks like all the floss is present, but at least one color has been partially separated out. But it appears there is more than enough to finish the piece. Please see photos for condition.
