Groin protection is the most popular of the additional modules for body armor. • A cover for placing aramid screens or UHMWPE to protect the abdominal cavity and groin area from fragments.• The cover consists of three pockets for armored elements: a central part and two petals.• Pockets are closed with Velcro.• The petals are sewn at an angle to the top of the front side of the center piece. Additionally, they are connected to it using an edging tape 5 cm long.• When the fighter sits down, the central part falls between the legs, and the petals cover the vital thigh arteries. In a standing position, the petals increase the horizontal area of protection.• The cover is installed on the front panel of the cover for armored elements PANTSIR. Fastening occurs using a Velcro strap and additional buttons. To do this, there are horizontal belt loops on the inside of the front panel of the tile.• If necessary, the cover can be installed on similar body armor from other manufacturers, provided that they have similar fastenings. Horizontal belt loops must be at least 13 cm apart.• To accommodate additional equipment, 2 rows of Molle cells are sewn on the front side of the petals.
