Description: This is preowned and was tested and works. You will see steam in a few pictures (and also water residue from the steam) so you can see it works as well as the panel is lite up with two different readings. I apologize if you get this with a little water remains in tank but I will let it air dry. This is in nice preowned condition but there is a small chip in one handle of the glass dish. The last photo shows this but it was hard to photograph. It is a tiny chip. Please see photos for best description of the item as well as the condition.
