Description: Interesting & confusing WWII censored cover from Las Trincheras, Venezuela to Julianadorp, Curacao, with red Curacao censor marking, and British Imperial censor tape, Examiner 2548, possibly used at Trinidad, but affixed over the Curacao censor marking ???. The British tape was altered in pencil "D/4526" indicating censorship in Jamaica. The tape also has a "/" on reverse indicating the tape was probably used in a location other than where it was supposed to be used. Where this was censored is a mystery and will need further research by an expert in this area. See scans for condition and details.
