Description: This is a rare one. The Capitol P40 frame came out around 2013 and was made in the USA by Capitol bikes. Aside from being very light this frame has beautiful welds and some very cool details like the flared top tube at the seat mast, integrated post clamp and laser etched details that you just don’t see on too many frames from this era or since. I ordered this one new from Capitol with brake boss’s and gyro tabs but I built it brakeless.
