This rod is a custom made heavy duty set up made by Charlie Foster of northwest sturgeon adventure.It is a serker/Hercules. It has a aftco unibutt, aftco reel seat and aftco heavy duty roller guides. Guides are triple wrapped. Rod is rated at 60-100#.The unibutt is a Aftco #6.The reel is a Avet EXW 30/3 lever drag big game. The line is Cortland master braid 130lb test. This set up has never been used in salt water. Strictly been used on the upper Columbia River for over sized sturgeon. It had been a long passion of mine and the mind is still willing but unfortunately the body is no longer able to.
