GUARANTEE We test every guitar (such as buzzing, sound test, workmanship) before it is shipped in order to ensure factory approved condition. With International Shipping taking approx 1-5 weeks, strings, tuning, etc may need readjustments. SHIPPING We ship by USPS and China Post and will provide a tracking number so you can conveniently monitor the shipping progress on it`s website. CUSTOMS DUTY Our pricing does not include customs duties. We provide an invoice with a very low value, allowing you to pay little or no customs duties. We will offer you a full refund only if the item you received is broken or defective. Please return it within 3 days after you received it, in the original or approved packaging. If you want to replace it ,we will send a new one to you and then forward a shipping label.
