Profusely illustrated throughout with thousands of images, endless b&w photos plus many full page color sheets showing film stars and front/ rear covers. Old (publishers?) period cloth binding, embossed ruled covers. The entire production displays a great period aesthetic unique to this era in Europe. Contents are almost 90 years old and shows some mostly light signs of handling and time. Book is not new or in "new" condition. Binding age worn, assorted stains and soiling, evidence of old spine label removal, book remains overall sound and tight. Scarce to rare pre-WW II in any condition as a bound run or individually. Still attractive on the shelf. The book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in overall nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws which may be present seem easy to overlook or forgive. Please review photos for more detail showing how this large heavy book survives. Flaws seen and/ or described have been taken into account. Book Measures c. 16" H x 11 1/4" W.
