Collectors note: an above-average copy that shows minor wear but is still relatively flat and clean with no significant creasing or other serious defects. Eye appeal is somewhat reduced because of slight surface wear and the accumulation of small defects, especially along the spine and edges. A comic graded in Fine condition appears to have been read a few times and handled with moderate care. Comic is strictly graded fine- (FN-) according to the Overstreet Grading Guide. Fits the criteria of Fine but with an additional defect or small accumulation of defects that detracts from the book's appearance by a perceptible amount. Minor cover wear is more apparent, with minor to moderate creases. Inks may show a major reduction in reflectivity. Blunted or abraded corners are more common. Staples may show minor discoloration with minor rust migration. Minor staple tears and an accumulation of stress lines may be present. Paper can be brown to tan with no brittleness. Very slight staple tears beginning to show. Comic is generally clean and flat. Cover gloss is sharp; inks are generally bright with a moderate reduction in reflectivity. Pages are off-white. Comic ships in a comic bag with backing board securely and safely within a Gemini cardboard mailer for $5.95, which includes tracking number and insurance.
