David Hart + GQ Gap Gray, Wool, Geometric Cardigan Sweater

Description: Gap + GQ 2015 Review: David Hart and the Hill-Side ItemsDavid Hart Wool Zip SweaterThis sweater is a beast. It's heavy, thick as hell, and weighs a ton. I'm not sure I can even remember seeing a sweater quite this substantial in quite some time. It's 55%/45% lambswool/nylon, which is a lot of nylon, though it feels pretty good in person. Made in the Cowichan style, it features a more earthy-toned geometric pattern, shawl collar, zip closure, with two welt pockets and ribbed hem and cuffs. Out of all the pieces, I think this one has the most character.I sized down to an XS based on some reviews online, which fit alright in the shoulders but was too tight for my 6', 155 lb frame when zipped up through the sleeves and body (unzipped looked fine). I can't say too much more about the fit as I didn't get the right size, aside from it being too small for me, unfortunately.Discounted depending on the discount, it's at the upper limit of what I would pay for it given the fabric constraints, but one of my favorite pieces in the bunch in regards to design - I'm just hoping I can a size that fits me better. You can find a lot of cheaper sweaters around, but this one is a real life piece and, I think, one of the strongest in the collection bar none. TL:DR - beast of a sweater, great design but bulky, if you can deal with that
