Damaged cores (broken solenoids, stripped threads, vise marks, missing components, etc.) will be given partial credit. - Cores are to be returned within 45 days. - Core return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cores may be returned via any common carrier (UPS, USPS, FEDEX). Insuring core returns is at the discretion of the customer. - Please include your information to identify who is returning the core. - Core deposit refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt and inspection. - Please allow 3 business days after cores are returned for credits to be posted to your account.
