Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, roasted chicory, spices 1.2%; baking powder (raising agents: diphosphates, sodium carbonates); caramel mixture [cream candies 62% (sugar, glucose syrup, cream (from milk); concentrated whey (from milk); butter (from milk); cane sugar syrup, salt, flavor, emulsifier: lecithin (from soy)); caramelized sugar syrup 21%; flavor, glucose, stabilizer: calcium phosphates; Bourbon Vanilla Extract]; salt. A METHOD OF PREPARING:Ingredients for the dough:1 egg75 g of soft margarine or butterFor sprinkling: 2 tablespoons of wheat flourA method of preparing: 1. Pour the contents of the bag with the dough into a bowl, add the egg and fat. Knead everything to a smooth mass. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.2. Line the baking tray supplied with the oven with baking paper. Turn on the oven, set to 180ºC without hot air.3.Remove the dough from the freezer and divide it in half. Roll it out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, sprinkling with flour. Cut out the gingerbread cookies with a mold and squeeze out the pattern.
