Dell Latitude 5591 15.6" i7 Barebones WONT BOOT No Ram HDD Good Battery Display?

Description: You are looking at a for parts, as-is, possibly broken? Dell Latitude 5591 15.6" i7 Barebones WONT BOOT No Ram HDD Good Battery Display? This laptop was purchased with a large lot of electronics in mixed conditions and when tested with a universal power supply (not included), the internal battery charged, but when the power button was pressed, it would not turn on. There was nothing shown on the screen. The backlit keyboard turned on, and the caps lock light blinked some of the attempts to boot the computer. This was the extent of testing. We opened the base of the computer, and saw no apparent damage, but there is no ram or hard disk installed. The screen does not show any apparent physical damage (but also would not turn on in current configuration), and the case is intact, in B grade condition with light scratches/scuffs. The laptop has the i7 sticker on it- with 8th generation, so likely is the fast 4 core, 8 thread processor that can natively support Windows 11. When fixed, this would be a great general use or office laptop. We will sell this computer at significant discount as it can only be used for parts/repair, and is not working.
