For orders placed with the Factory, handling time is 2 days or more. For more information, check the shipping tab section for handling times. Almost all OEM items ships directly from the factory using UPS with an ETA of 4-6 days. Factory orders are process only on business days. If an order its placed with the factory after business hours and cut off time, it will be process the next business day. If a factory order is placed on the weekend, it will be process on the next business day. Due to Global Supply Chain, Staffing and Shipping Issues, extended handling times have and need to be taken into consideration especially when it comes to ordering parts from the factory. Items that generally ship in one business day are now shipping in 3-6 business days or longer. If there is low inventory or a part sells out, it would take up to 28 days or more in handling time.If you need to upgrade your shipping, please make sure to tell us BEFORE you place the order so we can help you decide which option is best for you. Please note that selecting expedite shipping DOES NOT reduce handling time. All returns on eBay follow the rules from the eBay Free Returns Program. If a part is return in their original packaging and had not been installed, a full refund will be given, however, if evidence is found that the part was installed, used or damaged, the return may be subject up to 50% deduction of the full refund.
