The damage is that the star in Santa's hand was broken - I glued it back together back then, and it has stayed since then (see photo #2). It's not very noticeable unless you know to look for it, but you can always add a little more gold glitter to cover up the line. ✨ Tree lights up and takes 3 AAA batteries (not included). ✨ Comes with original box and all original foam inserts as well as the original paperwork. ✨ Measures: Santa - about 11.5" inches tall Tree - about 12.5" inches tall I will pack this well in a larger outer shipping box for safe shipping to you!
