There are no cracks or chips. EXCELLENT CONDITION! The only flaw I noticed is that there are a few small scuffs of green paint on the front of the house. I do believe this is an original hand painted flaw. Lights Up! Chord works properly. The bulb is Included. Comes with the Original Box and Styrofoam Protection. There are some blemishes on the Dept 56 outer box slip cover. Please refer to and scroll over pictures for overall condition. Counting House will be bagged, bubbled and boxed safely for shipping.
