EXTRA CHARGES Shirt sizes XXL, XXXL, XXXXL and XXXXXL are $3 more each. There is an extra charge for wording on the back of the shirt. Please contact us for pricing. Additional colors may be available for an additional charge. Contact us for pricing. DELAYED SHIPPING OR CANCELATION If we don't receive the customization with the order, this will delay shipping. After 48 hours your order will be shipped without customization. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is missing customization details or a request that can't be done. Orders may also be cancelled if the shipping address is not confirmed by USPS! SIZEAll shirts are UNISEX and run true to size. They are Gilden brand shirts. The shirt sizing charts are attached to this listing as a photo, please review this before ordering. It is the buyer's responsibility to consult the size chart before placing the order. We are NOT responsible for wrong sizes chosen by the customer. The best way to get the size you need is to measure a shirt that fits you or your child best and get the similar length using the size chart (last picture). MATERIALS We use Gildan Soft Style 100% US Cotton Unisex T-shirts ALL OUR SHIRTS ARE MADE TO ORDER Shipping fees are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for paying the return or exchange fees unless the error was ours. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES All sales are final and we don't accept returns. This is a customized and personalized product, and can not be resold. If we made a mistake we will send a replacement. If your order arrives with defects, we will replace it, but you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. Please check your spelling, dates, and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we do offer a 20% discount off the original retail price on the replacement. Of course, if we made the error, we will replace your order free of charge to you. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on shirts that are too small or too big. It is your responsibility to check the sizing and order accordingly. We do not issue refunds if you make changes to the design, change the colors, change the shirts, order something different than is advertised and you do not like the end results.
