Second skirt layer tule has defect tule is not cut out even and missing chunk, but it is not noticeable underneath. It has underneath skirt to make it puffy. Top skirt is very nice and no holes or stains. It has sparkles all over. Dress needs to be steamed but it is been cleaned. No size tag. It has zip and hoop closure. It reflect blue purple.
