It is guaranteed to be factory sealed as it has the factory ventholes in the wrap. This game is in excellent condition. There are a few tears in the wrap. Most importantly, the box has NO sunfading - whenever this game does show up, it almost always has sunfade but that is not the case with this copy! This is by far the RAREST US Gamecube game to find in factory sealed condition and this is the nicest one I have seen. This game is VERY RARE so don't miss out!Please see the pictures for details.
