Description: There is a little spot on the neck area of the lady. Not sure if it’s on the glass or on the picture. I have a hard time putting these types of frames back together so I decided to not try to take apart and clean the glass. Also noticed that the glass is chipped in the lower corner, as seen in picture. Light scratches on the frame. There is slight waving to the print also. Not sure if this is a lithograph or wood cut etching. Dorothy Rutka was an American Artist born 1907 and passed away in 1985.
