Features/Benefits: This time I would like to introduce you to the Doxa hand-wound watch. Vintage collection made in the 1940s and 50s. This is a military-style model for boys, equipped with an internal cover that is highly resistant to magnetic fields and serves as a dust protection. The dial is black with gold letters. A combination of luminous numbers and a pencil hand. This design gives a sense of time and becomes even more attractive with age. The round case is manufactured by the prestigious Swiss company FB/François Vogel. DOXA Doxa began its activities in 1889 with the founding of a factory in Le Crocq. Condition/Scratches/Breathing elements/Accessories Dial (dial): There are no noticeable serious damages. Some parts of the night light are missing and have cracks. Case/back cover: Scratches, scrapes, and peeling are observed. The back cover shows signs of tampering. The engraving is clear. There are no dents or anything else. [Windshield] Scratches and scrapes are visible. Daily visibility when worn is sufficiently ensured. Working method: The handle on the right side of the case is the crown. You can manually wind it to the same position. This is a hand-wound watch, so use the crown to wind the mainspring every day. If you wind the watch too hard beyond the winding limit, the mainspring may break, so please wind it as slowly and gently as possible. Wind the crown by turning it to the right (clockwise) and pressing forward with your fingertips. Pull the crown and turn it to move the hands and adjust the time. There is no hacking function (stopping the second hand). Accessories: Main body only. Eyelet width 18 mm.
