Mounted on aluminum chassis and entire unit mounted on a wood board. Weighs just under 16 pounds and measures 16.5x8.5x7 inches with platform. The model is 12x7 inches. Not sure who the manufacture of the model is. Possible it was handmade, but unsure. See pictures for best depiction of condition. Model is in good condition, has some oil remnants.
