My dubia roaches are packed humanely in an egg crate and a breathable muslin recyclable bags. I don't ship it on plastic deli cup containers. For a successful colony. you will need a heat source like a heat lamp and give them oranges. They will not reproduce if the temperature is lower than 80F I ship every tuesdays, thursday, friday and saturdays. If your temperature is above 90 degrees, it will be held in your local post office.
