The cookie wreath kit includes a cookie cutter, bow, round cardboard form, booklet & piping bag (Tips are NOT usable - they appear to be smashed. I have not broken the seal to check the bags, but after over 30 years they may not be usable.) Cake wires and charms have 8 hooks & 8 charms. Most of our items come from estate sales.
