DYSON SV04-SV11-HH11 Vacuum Motor Unit Motorhead FOR PARTS/BATTERIES DEFECTIVE

The HH11 has a charging port that got pushed in too far. I took out the screw directly above and decided against trying to repair it. I couldn't get the screw all the way back in. While attempting to charge the SV04 & SV11, both flash amber for about 30 seconds and stop. The HH11 was pushed in before we got a chance to attempt a charge. It very well could be a good battery.
