Due to shipping concerns, we insure all sales so will send via the least expensive mode of transportation that offers insurance. Usually this means the USPS. While we do not accept returns and all sales are final, if the piece is damaged in shipment we ask you to photograph the damage so we can submit a claim to the insurance carrier. We will then reimburse you in full once we receive payment for the damaged shipment. If the item is insured by USPS, we will need to place a claim on the damaged item before we refund the order. USPS sometimes requires the damaged item to be inspected by the Postmaster and then they require the buyer to show packaging and broken item.
