Description: Up For Auction We Have a Early Vintage Henckels Peeling/Cheese Knife With Wood Handle Made By J.A. Henckels Twin Works Germany. This old knife belonged to my grandmother mid 1900's. The overall length is 7-1/2" with the blade at 3-3/4" long. There is some damage to the the wooden handle and some separation between the handle and tang as seen in the pictures from age and use.
