You/I may know more/less about this particular item, so please use your best judgment when purchasing/bidding on my listings. What are your shipping and handling practices? When shipping, I use USPS Priority/First-Class/Media-Mail depending on parcel type, size, weight, and economy. I may offer an upgrade to express/overnight shipping in the future, but for now I cannot offer that service in good conscience. When packing, I pack every item to suit its needs. I take into account how susceptible the item is to shock, compression, deformation, vibration, and accompanying items; I may elect to use a padded envelope should the item(s) be resistant to the aforementioned, but, if not, I will use a box and pack it to minimize movement and to avoid an accidental breach. My packing methods add a negligible amount to your cost, but I have never had a shipped item of mine arrived damaged. Handling will take 1-3 business days. For example: If you pay for an item on Tuesday, I will ship it out before the end of the day on Friday. If you pay for an item on Friday through Sunday, I have until the end of the day Wednesday to ship the item (according to eBay guidelines). A small handling fee may apply to cover fuel for a post office run. PayPal will send you an email containing your tracking number; please allow 2 business days for this email to arrive. This tracking number will also show up on your purchases dashboard. Please first call your local post office if tracking number confirms delivery, but you cannot find your package; be prepared to provide them the tracking number. Porch pirates may be a real problem where you live; be vigilant. I am NOT responsible for any lost or stolen package that your tracking number identifies as "Delivered". Do you offer combined shipping? This is something I can accommodate, but you must follow these instructions. I do require all items to be paid in one payment; this makes it possible to match your items for shipping. If separate payments are made, the full shipping charge for each item will apply. Funny you should ask, but I've never shipped internationally. It seems to be more of a hassle than it's worth with the extra cost and insurance. If you absolutely NEED something I am selling, please message me if you are outside the contiguous 48 United States; it would likely require an additional shipping invoice to be paid depending on where you are, but I'm willing to try it if you are. Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories and bases I think should be fine, but please message me anyway to be sure. Do you accept returns? I offer a limited 14-day return policy for items classified as: Mint, New, New other (see details), Used-Like New, and Used-Good. To initiate a return, message me through eBay Messages with a photo of the item as I must verify the type of return and approveb it before it is shipped to me. If your item deviates from the listing's description, contact me through eBay Messages and we will work it out. If you and I agree that it makes sense to return the item, you may then arrange for return shipping through USPS Retail Ground® (or through a more cost effective solution); after that, please provide me with a copy of the receipt. Once the terms of this return policy have been met, I will refund the full purchase price, the original shipping cost, and the return shipping cost. If your item is as described but you have buyer's remorse, you may return the item provided you pay for return shipping and incur a 20% restocking fee. Once the terms of this return policy have been met, I will refund the purchase price and original shipping cost, sans 20% of that total for the fee. The restocking fee covers my cost to list, ship the item, and any eBay fees I incur.
