Description: Ecowitt WH51 Wireless Soil Moisture Sensor, 8 Channel Add the WH51 sensor to the Ecowitt WiFi gateway or weather station to add soil moisture readings to you weather data. Upload data to the Ecowitt network to view a history of soil data. For details on which weather products support the WH51 soil moisture sensor, click here to view the latest Ecowitt sensor matrix. Up to 8 soil sensor readings are available to view in the App, or online via Ecowitt.net and in the 3rd party websites that support this sensor types. The MetOffice WoW service now supports the first sensor of this type (channel 1). Each new sensor will be recognised as a new channel according to the power-on sequence. If the soil is too hard and dry, the sensor can easily be damaged. Design for testing soil ONLY.
