You can also use these to tie your ropes on to the saddle horn to breakaway as opposed to re-tying string each time. Manufactured by Ritchey Tag Company and used by many professional ropers. We liken the Eight Away to a rope, the warmer the weather the softer the Eight Away becomes and vise versa the colder the weather the stiffer it becomes. If you will be roping in colder weather we recommend that you leave the Eight Away in your pocket until you are ready to rope.
