It has a round loop shape with 6 synthetic/zirconia American Diamond/green emerald crystals, attached to a plain gold section in the back. The crystals are "channel set", so encased in gold. You have to pull on the thin stem to open it, and insert it back into the hole in the wide stem to close. There are crystals on the front of the nose ring, but not on the inside part. IT IS 18 GAUGE THICKNESS. VERY CUTE TRADITIONAL design NOSE pin!! Very unique design.Tough to find in USA except from an Indian jewelry store.
