Description: English Eucalyptus Wood turning bowl blanksPerfect for resin fill. The genus Eucalyptus includes over seven hundred different species. This is one of them - not sure which one though. It was grown within half a mile of our workshops here in Devon UK and it was a bit of a gamble to see how it would turn out. As you can see in the pictures, interesting voids have opened up as the wood has seasoned, and these represent an opportunity for resin fill or just for creating an interesting and unusual bowl.The pictures also show some examples of finished, resin fill bowls made by some friends of ours at CCM Joinery. We think they're fantastic.
